CST’s DECT phones combine safety, multi-functionality, reliability and clarity. They provide speech, messaging and alerts, supporting and monitoring all alarm requirements. Colour-coded graphics and messages on the handset display make alarms instantly-recognisable so that staff can immediately identify and swiftly deal with any situation.
The handsets are robust and highly suited to all on-site communication and messaging needs replacing traditional mobiles and phones. The critical messaging server handles all a site’s messaging and alarms, routing everything through the handsets.
Easy Task Allocation and Critical Alarm Monitoring
Integrating with front-office systems such as Fidelio and Hotsos, CST’s Genesis™ system is a Windows based messaging software package that enables users to compose and send messages, from any PC on a hotel’s network to staff members’ on-site alphanumeric pagers, DECT handsets, GSM mobile phones and two-way radios. Integration with the fire alarm panel enables immediate notification of emergency door use and the location of fire alarm activation: rapid response to alarms can prevent unnecessary and costly evacuations.
